Our core team and volunteers are always gathering and packing supplies to send to Ukraine. The tape on the box is what holds it all together. It is a symbol of the community’s strength and ongoing effort to support Ukraine.

Throughout the last 25 years, we have worked relentlessly to improve the lives of some of Ukraine’s most vulnerable populations. Thanks to the support of our community, donors, and volunteers, we have empowered tens of thousands of individuals in Ukraine through our much-needed programs and humanitarian aid.

The adoption of a child in 1992 sparked the creation of Help Us Help The Children (HUHTC) and established an on-going humanitarian project throughout Ukraine’s orphanages, providing children with medication, infant formula, and assistance. In 1996, we launched annual Summer and Winter camps to provide orphans with life skills, not otherwise accessible within the orphanage system. Our reputable Scholarship program has afforded financial and moral support to over 250 orphanage graduates throughout their post-secondary education. And tragically, following Russia’s annexation of Crimea and subsequent invasion of the country’s east, our mandate was further adapted to support both children half-orphaned by the war, and brave servicemen and women who have been demobilized and are struggling to return to normalcy.
